Is the photo check really free?

Yes. The basic result — your triage level, confidence score, and plain-language summary — is free, with no account or card required. Optional one-time reports ($6.99–$24.99) add detailed findings, similar conditions, monitoring tips, and a shareable PDF.

What kinds of photos can I upload?

Any clear photo of a visible symptom: skin spots and moles, rashes, eyes, mouth and gums, nails, or minor wounds. JPG or PNG up to 10 MB. Good light and sharp focus give the most reliable read.

Is my photo stored anywhere?

No. Your photo is sent to our AI provider for analysis and discarded as soon as the result is returned — it is never saved to our servers or to our database. Only the text summary of your result is kept so you can revisit it.

Is this a medical diagnosis?

No. aidoctorscan is an educational triage tool. It suggests a sensible next step, but it cannot examine you and does not replace a clinician. If a symptom worries you, see a doctor — in an emergency, call your local emergency number.
