The process

Three steps, about a minute

Step 1

Add the picture

Drag it in or pick it from your phone. JPG or PNG, up to 10 MB. Nothing to install and no account to create — the upload box on the home page is the whole first step.

Step 2

Describe it in one sentence

How long it has been there, what changed, and whether it hurts, itches or bleeds. It takes about fifteen seconds and it materially improves the result — the picture and the sentence are read together.

Step 3

Read your result

Within seconds you get an urgency level, a confidence score and a short plain-language summary. If you want more, a detailed written report is available as a one-time purchase.

What you get back

Your result is one of four levels

The basic result names an urgency level, scores its confidence and describes what the picture may show — in that order, in language written for patients rather than clinicians.

Self-care
Likely manageable at home. Monitor and follow general guidance.
See a GP
Worth a routine appointment with your family doctor.
See a specialist
Consider a referral to a relevant specialist for assessment.
Urgent
Seek prompt medical attention. In an emergency, call for help.
